Select a video to show on the page. The video player will appear directly on the page. Set the height and width options to display the video at the right size, and include a transcript for those that cannot see or hear the video. When uploading an MPEG file, you have the option of including a SAMI transcript file. Otherwise, use a separate text file in the same folder to provide a transcript for the video. More Help

Adding Video
  • Go to Content Area/Folder

  • Click Build Content tab

  • Click Video

  • Fill in the name
  • Click either Browse My Computer or Browse Course to upload the file

  • Select Yes by Permit Users to View this Content

  • Select any Standard Options wanted

  • Preview Video (optional)
    • Click Preview

    • Interact with content
    • Click Back

  • Click Submit



Deleting Video
  • Mouse over the video's name

  • Click the arrow next to the name to open the Context Menu

  • Click Delete

Advanced Options
Dimensions: You can use either use the original dimensions or use custom dimensions.
Autostart: Have your video start as soon as students click on the link.
Loop: Have the video replay once it reaches the end.
